With 25 years of transformative leadership experience across public benefit organizations, David is a respected authority in strengthening systems for equity and inclusion through multi‑sector and public–private partnerships. A social scientist and organizational development practitioner, David plays a catalytic role in the design and delivery of integrated, disability inclusive programmes across health, education, humanitarian action, livelihoods, advocacy, and behavior change communication. As a thought leader, David is deeply committed to working in partnership to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact for persons with disabilities.

A seasoned development expert with over 17 years of experience in the United Nations system, specializing in governance, climate resilience, public health, and programme leadership. She leads strategic initiatives that advance sustainable development and institutional effectiveness. Her previous roles include Deputy Resident Representative at UNDP Zimbabwe—overseeing the organization's largest country programme in Africa—and Programme Manager for UNDP Afghanistan's Health Portfolio. She holds an MBA from Wales University, UK, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Mumbai University, India.

Inclusion Associate & Unpaid Care Programme Manager | UNDP Kenya

A distinguished programme and policy specialist with over ten years of experience in programme management, gender equality, disability inclusion, and policy advocacy. She has shown outstanding leadership in coordinating the UN Disability Inclusion Programme and the UN Joint Programme on Unpaid Care, advancing disability and gender transformative approaches that have yielded significant impact. Her previous roles include serving with the International Disability Alliance and the World Federation of the Deaf. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor's degree in Gender and Development Studies from the University of Nairobi.
